Discovery of this restaurant that is an institution in the midst of vegan gastronomy in Aix en Provence. All dishes are very well cooked and fresh products. No composition in the eye. We went there for a brunch. You will find original dishes that have a taste. The portion is correct and prices are not exaggerated. The mullet egg in the salty brioche was not seasoned, but eating all together, nothing to say, mayonnaise to paprika was very good. The scrambled eggs were good, well seasoned with shredded and grilled almonds. Also for cheesecake and avocado. On the drink side you have a choice.
