"I'm currently visiting a friend at aix and he recommended we try this place. the restaurant is right next to one of the main streets, which makes it quite convenient to reach, and the small size adds to the comfortable atmosphere. the owner, who prepared our food and served us himself, was incredibly kind and helpful, even speaking in a very clear English. Eyes. Served with an accompaniment of lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette, the potato was stuffed on board with fillings whose flavors complemented perfectly, the potato itself was also smooth and tasty, and the whole ended up being one of the best comforting culinary experiences I've had in my whole life. I would absolutely recommend baked to all those who stay or visit aix in Provence."

If you have other options, consider them. the staff is friendly, but this place is not very good for food.

The owner (Roman) brought real Roman pizza in Aix. Definitely the best pizza in Aix, could be even in Roma!

we fell on this place at aix and the potatoes in the oven and the gratin are amazing and so delicious!! very good value for money, generous sizes, gluten-free bonus for my celiac boyfriend and really nice and helpful staff. If you want a cheap but very satisfying lunch, I highly recommend it!

Stop here to buy a potato in the oven with a wide choice of fillings. or perhaps a pasta salad or a Bulgarian wheat salad that is freshly prepared, to be taken away or eat, supported on the narrow counter with a glass of wonderful fresh smoothie. food prepared with love, spoken English and prices are excellent. Go over there!

walking in the streets of Aix-en-Provence in search of a healthy and pleasant food, it was not hamburger and fell on this little beauty of the jacque street of the rogue. There is a large choice of potato in the oven and the owner was very useful to make my selection. I had to make a big broklyn and it certainly didn't disappoint. beautiful potato, perfectly cooked, with cherry tomatoes, onion, bacon and with a nice sauce and a salad next to it. It's only been a few months, but if it continues to produce good quality food like this, it will have to move into a larger place. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

This picturesque and unpretentious niche restaurant in the south of the france offers a refreshing rhythm change compared to the stereotypical bakery and butchery that border the street. the owner is extraordinarily kind, speaks well English (and offers a menu in English) and loves informal conversations. golden and soft potatoes offer a warm warm welcome in winter and, for the stifling heat of summer, can be replaced by a salad or sandwich. the trims are all fresh and well prepared and all combinations will certainly plead. As a student, the 10% discount was very useful and generous. Thanks for an incredible afternoon meal!!!

"Located on a corner of the historic square, this classic French restaurant is a great place for dinner. Book ahead as it is popular too! The service is attentive, patient (with our rusty French) and friendly. The food excellent for the price point. Excellent wine list with many good wines available by the glass. Not too casual but not too formal either. We had the ceviche (on fennel, chickpea humus, pickles) and asparagus with burata (candied kumquats, wild garlic) for our starters. Bread of course is served and I had to remind twice of my gluten allergy with the bread and the amusebouche, but my starter and main did not contain any gluten. Our mains were the grilled lamb with aubergine (feta, olives, celery) and steamed pollack (lemongrass, turnips, mashed potatoes, vanilla). I could have done with something carb based to accompany the lamb, but everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. The detail in the dishes makes it a more interesting dinner, isn't overpowering, allowing the star on the plate to shine and everything else compliment it. Portions sizes were about right not too much not too small. Prices are about right for what you get, although could be seen as a little steep overall. We're based on London prices so for us this is about normal. It has an upmarket interior and very comfortable seats with good sized tables arranged so that you are not talking right next to someone else, allowing a feeling of a bit more privacy. It's well thought out for a pleasant dining experience."
