"it should be the oldest cafe of quedlinburg. directly at the entrance to the castle in a two-winged half-timbered house. in front of the house a sunny cafe terrace and in the romantic courtyard also sitting. a large selection of really fine torte and self-made cakes. we chose the famous cheesecake. he is made by the imperial court after handed over recipes. so that no misunderstanding occurs, the recipes are ancient, the cheese cake was fresh and has tasted delicious. really recommend. there is also sufficient space for family and company parties."

Hier wird alter Matjes Fisch serviert, der deutlich das Verzehrdatum ueberschritten hat. Bei Anmerkung dessen, antwortete die Kellnerin: Man weiss nie, wer...

very nice location right at the stiftsberg, nice ambiente inside as outside. very friendly, fast operation. the cheesecake was extremely delicious. Price-performance ratio is just appropriate.

wanted to eat there for lunch, had carvings with roast potatoes. Never again. Thin like a sausage slice. It's not easy to eat. Maybe as a café. Even the cocoa was like thin chocolate. We'll never eat there again and never recommend anyone. A star was that you had a roof over your head. View menu

Very atmospheric place. I don’t know how it is in the other seasons but in winter  it feels as if you are in a fairy-tale. We were there in the evening of of January and had a special bonus: listened to beautiful children's carols....This day and this place will stay in my heart forever.

Are you looking for the perfect cheesecake and traveling here? Then a visit to this café (DEM Cheesecake Café is the right choice. It is loose and fluffy, sawed inside and white like snow, golden yellow outside and tastes delicious. I can't remember the number of cakes offered, but there were many, too many. We had no chance to try them all. And I can eat a lot of cake as a roasted salmon...

miserable, little organized service, unfriendly, patty staff. Some customers who came after us were served before us. after the order, which was finally accepted, only the coffee came after some time, but the cake was not served even after a long waiting period, despite repeated memories. Prices, especially for coffee, too expensive for our feelings. from the visit of this caffeine we can only guess. View menu

We went into this cafe because of the certificate of excellence of Trip Advisor. We ordered sausage dishes with potato salad. It was simple but nice. We enjoyed a lot. Unfortunately we couldn't try their cheesecake as we were full with the lunch and they...didn't let us take a few pieces away. They said if they allow take away, there won't be enough for eating in the cafe. It was really pity. Therefore I can't give ausgezeichnet .

Very unfriendly, patty staff, except the young people who probably work. You will, I suppose it's the boss before we corrected guests in a not beautiful way! One can only hope that it is worth treating young people in this way! The café looks a little old and gloomy. Cake is tastefully not the racer, have promised us more. We were recommended as an alternative to the cheesecake house that we would like to try tomorrow. I would not recommend this café for a cozy, culinary delight.

"I had ordered a 300g ribeye steak medium with a french potato, my friend the same steak only well by fried with bratkartoffeln. my friend had a bowl of apples I had a Coca-Cola. the apfelschorle was ok, the cola with only little carbonic acid. must have been the last rest of the bottle. well. after approx. 20 min. the food came. the steak of my friend was good through, as she likes, the bratkartoffels were very lazy from the taste. the co-ordered crimped butter was missing for the steak. my many potato with sour cream was apparently filled with crimped jar and the outer edges of the kartoffel hard and dried. but actually the steak should be the highlight. on the outside, the steak medium was fried, but the more one worked to the middle of the steaks it was always bloodier, the middle was completely raw and therefore not enjoyable for me. of a 300g Ribeye-Steak medium for 22,50 euro (only the meat without supplements) I had presented myself more. when the service asked if it tasted, I said that the steak was raw inside and not edible. my statement was taken wordless, at least an apology I expected at such a badly prepared expensive piece of meat. but nothing came. Finally, I can say that it is one of the less good steak houses I know, but with praise of the upscale kitchen.I for my part would not pick up this steakhouse again and not recommend it. for that there are just better steak houses."
