Abbiamo preso alcune cose pronte come torte salate e sandwich , ma anche dolci e birra buonissima , ottimo il caffe viennese consiglio vivissimo per sosta veloce

A typical café restaurant in a cute village. I had the vegetable strudel. Not that much flavour but more than enough to get stuffed. The pizza looked good! And friendly staff

Di passaggio a Melk con la bici per Vienna; ci siamo fermati per una sosta ristoratrice....dolce. Ottimo lo Strudel e la torta di cioccolato; gentile il personale, bella la location, buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

The menu mentioned basic Austrian food, but ... you can walk inside and order any meat or sausages you like! Much more interesting than the items on the menu. Good local wines, friendly service, very reasonable prices

Restaurante no centro da vila muito acolhedor, local ideal para retemperar forças para a subida ao rochedo e Abadia. Não havia muita gente, o atendimento foi perfeito e os funcionários muito simpáticos e diligentes nos esclarecimentos pedidos.

C'etait bon et pas très cher, j'ai mangé la traditionnelle Wienschnitzel et pu gouter diffèrents vins autrichiens, des rouges et des blancs, le service était efficace. Sur la terrasse j'ai rencontrer un couple de français contant de parler notre langue qui est peu connue dans ce pays.

Located right in the town centre with access by car though the main pedestrian street. (Access number given on booking for the electronic bollards. Friendly welcome. Nice, quiet, comfortable room with en suite shower room, with a view of the abbey from the bathroom window....Good price. A supurb breakfast was included. There are only 3 car park spaces with a narrow entrance. If hotel was full, parking would be difficult.

Visited with a family of four and was able to sit outside under the awning. It was a perfect day so it was perfect for an al fresco brunch. The food was good. Highly recommend the Vital toast (think grilled cheese with veggies) and ham...and cheese toast w/ fried egg (egg was perfectly cooked). The Margherita pizza looked good but taste was average at best. Only issues were that the breakfast menu was only in German (the lunch/dinner menu in in German and English) and we ordered toast that never came but didn’t see that it was on the bill until after it was paid. The staff’s response when we brought it to their attention was that they were sorry but did not have any way to fix the situation.

Es war so verführerisch, auf dem schönen Platz zu sitzen. Hunger hatte ich nicht viel, so bestellte ich bei einem sehr netten blonden Fräulein ein Gulaschsuppe zu 4 Euro. Es kam ein kleines Schälchen, das schon ein verdächtiges Rot hatte, nicht so rot-bräunlich wie eben Paprika, sondern ein richtigen Tomatenrot. Danach schmeckte sie auch. War total sauer und schmeckte nur nach Tomaten. Es waren wohl ein paar Stückchen Kartoffel drinen, die aber so kantig geschnitten waren, als hätte man sie grad erst geschnitten. Wenn sie länger in der suppe sind, runden die Kanten ja ab. Es war offensichtlich eine Mischung aus Tomatensuppe und ev. noch einen kleinen Rest Gulaschsuppe. Aber echt sauer im Ges...
