"A real gem tucked away in this fairly small village. My wife and I called in for lunch on our day of arrival and were very impressed with the excellent and friendly service, the generous servings and the food quality. This initial experience prompted us to visit each morning of our four day break for breakfast rather than cook at our holiday cottage. This set us up for each day and we cannot recommend Cafe Verde too highly. Thank to the ladies who served us and to the chef."

A favourite place for the yoga ladies out for lunch. We love the menu as its interesting, delicious and healthy plus excellent coffee. Gluten free is also available as one of our group is celiac. Highly recommended.

I came here with my dad yesterday for his birthday lunch and it was absolutely amazing, 10/10 experience even if we didn’t have food (which we did) the staff were so lovely and friendly. The food itself was 10000/10 absolutely amazing so much taste and even the look of it was well put together.

The restaurant was well air conditioned on a very hot day with a nice, spacious atmosphere. The meal was really delicious, but it felt like there weren't enough staff to handle the workload. Although I wasn't in a rush, it was a bit frustrating that the staff avoided making eye contact when trying to get their attention. Overall, I would still give it four stars, but I may have been less generous if I had been on a tighter schedule.
