"I was eating dinner here with my family on a busy day. As I expected they didn’t have anything vegan on their menu so I thought I would go for spaghetti aglio e olio since that usually works and i don’t want to be that...complicated vegan you can’t go to a normal restaurant with. I specifically asked for their menu including the allergenes, studied that for minutes and ordered, only to get a plate of pasta covered in Parmesan. When I ordered it was clear that I eat vegan. When I sent it back the owner came and complained that I couldn’t walk in here and expect the restaurant to have vegan food. I tried to explain my train of thought to him and he keeps interrupting me saying that vegans can’t eat here, claiming that normal store bought spaghetti have eggs in them. I know some few do but he should have told me before I ordered the food. I went back to talk to him because he just left me at the table without letting me explain myself but he basically said the same thing again and kept interrupting me. Waiter was super nice though. Selecting friendly staff is the only thing the owner can do"
