"What a perfect place to have a meal on your way to (or way-back from) Calpe, which is one the biggest turistic places in Costa Blanca. The bar-restaurant is well placed, right next to a highway exit. There are many parking spots nearby, so you can easily park your car and walk. The food was exquisite, and the service was outstanding. I personally ordered a chivito, which is like a mixed sandwich of meat, eggs, salad, sauce and more, which I highly recommend if you eat a lot. Besides that, other meal that you are going to be satisfied with, is the Entrecôte(the one in the photo). This is a cheap place, which surprised me a lot. We only paid 32€ for 5 people and a dog(we gave it some meat pieces)."

This is a popular bar but the morning rush was over by the time we visited. To have our food literally thrown at us by Juan , was unacceptable. Our tip reflected this!

We were merely waiting for a bus outside Bar Frau but have experience of it from previous visits. It is a very good place to have lunch or just a coffee and has a very high standard in terms of quality, taste and service.
