"Despite having a reservation, we were told by a rude waiter that there was no table available. The waiter refused to take responsibility for reservations made through OpenTable and walked away. Unfortunately, we were unable to evaluate the food, but based on this experience, we can only give a poor overall rating."

I wanted to dine here on some nights, but it appears they are closed. There are no signs illuminated, nothing on their website, and no call forwarding in place.

I really enjoyed their pizzas at this restaurant, especially the vegetarian option with vegan cheese. The vegan cheese was a great addition to the delicious flavors.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We will definitely be returning on our future trips along the A9.

We had booked on Open table (short term). The restaurant was empty on arrival, no guest! Nevertheless, it was said that the booking had not yet come and there was no space available! Don't!

Wouldn't come back. Starter was okay, but the main job was both very bad. The staff was boring. Most booked thru opentable got confirmation and the staff had no knowledge of the booking. Overpriced garbage

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vegan options on the menu. I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience and the house rose wine was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We made a reservation on OpenTable at the last minute. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was completely empty - no other guests were there. Despite this, we were told that our reservation had not been received and there was no available seating. Not recommended!

"We visited the lounge bar. I remember the bar having a wonderful selection of single malts several years ago. But this time, it was quite different. First of all, the menu lists many many whiskies that are not available. The names are not spelled correctly and the prices don’t make sense. The core range whiskies are at a very high price and some whiskies, like the Laphroaig 25, are listed at 18£. When we asked for it, we realized the price is actually 170£ on one of the menus (it’s been corrected by hand, and highlighted but only on one menu unlike the four other menus). They also didn’t have it anyway. The staff was really really nice and tried to help as much as they could. But they didn’t know what to do, as the « whisky manager » wasn’t there. He probably hasn’t been there for a while because the menu is not updated at all. The friendly staff asked us to follow them to see the whisky collection which is located above the heater. The wooden cabinet is very very hot and you can notice condensation due to heat in the bottles. What a shame. A lot of the whiskies in the collection are not on the menu. And the waiters have no idea about the price. They have to contact the whisky manager to ask for information every time we ask for a price. In the end, we get to order nice drams. But it took us more than 30minutes. We’re in a region where many people come to visit distilleries. They really have an interest in trying nice whiskies. And this bar was such a nice place for that in the past. It’s not the case anymore. One of our friends wanted to order a glass of port wine. The prices listed were insane. We then realized it was the bottles and not by the glass. On other wines, there was a price for the bottle and a price for the glass. But here, nothing was mentioned. On top of that, the menus are dirty, have stains and fall apart. This is not what you’d expect from such a place. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. I want to thank the two waiters who did their best to help us. This situation is definitely not their fault. And they had to find a way to make it work because somebody else did not do his job. I’ve been here many times in the past with professional people working in the whisky industry. This bar was such a beautiful place. But it really felt like a joke on this very last visit."
