Short stopover for a beer and Tapas. I asked the waiter if it would be quick and he answered yes, took over 20 minutes and he forgot to serve bread. He didn‘t care about my feedback rudely replying that he did not care.... asked him what to do about it and he did not apologize. Thoughts about hosting my company event there with 30 people suddenly disappeared, guess why? .... yes and the waiter, who cares anyway....

The Capolinea restaurant is located directly at Pfäffikon SZ train station. The host is very friendly, attentive and has a certain Italian charm. The cuisine is very authentic and on several visits I have never been disappointed. My absolute favorite is the lamb risotto. The meat has always had the perfect consistency and is therefore always worth choosing. The Italian dishes such as pasta, risotto etc. are also excellent. As a salad refuser, I always opted for soup as a starter and have never regretted this decision. Capolinea is our favorite restaurant. Since we live in the village we eat there regularly. The homemade pasta, the beef carpaccio, fish and meat dishes, the desserts all of excellent quality and always freshly prepared. Especially recommended are the tapas and the open wines. The service is friendly and you feel well taken care of and always welcome. In between we often have coffee with cake or in the morning we have a coffee and sandwiches. Sandwiches are very crispy and with different fillings. The prices are very moderate for what is offered.
