"I really like calf ris. in italia, it is very difficult to find them served in restaurants (as well as all abats, except perhaps only the liver). So when I saw "veau riz" written on the menu, I had no doubt. Served with potatoes cooked in a black pinot sauce, they were really exceptional. dessert also deserves praise. It was a cooked pear served in a solid chocolate hull (such as a peacock egg) that also contained a ball of ice cream. the server served me the dish on the table and immediately after it poured hot melted chocolate on it, which made melt the shell and made the pear visible. a visual beauty but above all a divine goodness. it also left the pot of hot chocolate on the table, so at the end I started cleaning it too. the exact name of the dessert (coated from the menu) reads as follows: "Choco-Poire-CaramelIn a fine chocolate hull, caramel butterfly confite and hot chocolate". impeccable service (except time to recover the check: 20 minutes)."

I've never been disappointed with several dinners in this restaurant. tasty cuisine with fresh products. original contemporary interior decor. in summer on the terrace not too loud despite the boulevard and tram.

good lunch, very good service. The boss (kitchen head) is a lamentable welcome, he stays in the kitchen if he is not able to be in the room. The restaurant would be better if everyone knew how to stay in his place.

the restaurant is very Zen and sleek. The kitchen is refined, well presented with several choices in the menu of the day.The waiters are friendly. The menu is at a correct price taking into account the dishes offered (19 €)The wines are of quality. We sincerely recommend it.

new visit after several months, no surprise. the wine menu has charmed me, some dishes also, the quality of the products is present. However, it was disappointed by some cooking, including risotto. The map seems to have been well fixed for a while. special mention for the always famous dessert pear chocolate.

A mistake slipped: indeed with the gambas, rice was proposed and it was served with spaghetti. the person accompanying me wanted to discover the condiment mangue lawyer who was intriguing. nice restaurant in the modern dijon auditorium district. modern but warm decor, small window on the kitchen through a red glass wall on which you can read a list of verbs related to the kitchen. Super warm welcome, pretty short card that lets augur from the freshness of the products. very good crab veal ris with good juice and very tasteful little potatoes.Bon dessert that does not spoil the rest of the meal.But the big plus of this place is the quality of the advice for the wine. amateur of wine, but no burgundy, when I arrived I launched a challenge to the waiter: reconcile me with the burgundy. challenges successfully addressed.

We found it by chance, then we checked it on tripadvisor. the previous critics had very well noted it and they had not been wrong. excellent menu, wonderful hospitality, fabulous food cooked to perfection and a very good wine map. the staff is competent, friendly and welcoming. they love you to be here and are eager to help and advise. one of the best restaurants we found in france.
