Amazing view by the mountain and fresh air on top of Mallorca port soller friendly staffs and lovely food it worth to try it

A disappointment from start to end. Very stressed waiter. Food was very expensive and was not at all what one could have expected. Mallorca has so many lovely restaurants with beautiful settings choose another one!

the place is spectacular and helpful staff. the restaurant is very cozy but the price of quality does not correspond. reduced foods, rare rations and expensive drinks. we were disappointed in the dish of bogavante, which lacked flavor and dessert gin

We had a beautiful experience here. Our room with breathtaking views from our bed. Just open the shuttered windows and doors for some fresh air and watch the sunrise. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully manicured with an infinity pool with more views for days! The photos don’t do it justice and won’t capture how truly stunning this property is.

Difficult and badly maintained road to the restaurant. Parking is long steep walk up, not for the faint hearted and people with a disability. We drove up to the hotel to request assistance or valet parking. The rude and uninterested personal only talked about arriving guest and never bothered even to answer our request. Not being able to make the walk up we had to leave without even seeing the restaurant. They must mention the parking issues upon booking. And start treating customers as customers and not so disrespectful.

Saw some bad reviews on this place which made me nervous. We booked it just based off the pics of the view. Turns out the pics don't do it justice, this is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Very rustic in the mountains with no other buildings around it. It's in the intersection of a few hiking paths. Service was awesome. Everyone was attentive and solved problems quickly. Food was insane. Amazing patio with amazing breakfast and dinner. I see complaints about the road up. It's not a big deal, just get a small car.

It’s a **** to get to; the road is horrible, winding...take a taxi. Well worth it though! Super surroundings and ambience. We sat outside on a balmy evening. Hardly a soul there, thanks to the lunatic rules imposed by the local commie government, intent on destroying the economy and all private enterprise. We were very happy with this restaurant. Although the site is quite complicated to go through so many roads and so many curves. In the end it is worth it, it has beautiful views and the place has its charm. the service was very good, although when they paid the account were more than 10 € and they did not have the education to bring us the turns and determine whether we were going to tilt it or not. Would definitely not call this a luxury resort and would rate the stay a zero if we could but feel it is imperative others are made aware of the unhygienic conditions of our stay. To clarify, on the first night of our stay at around 12am we both broke out in hives and an itchy rash. When inspecting the bed we found what can only be described as bed bugs , to which when we ran our hands over them, they squashed into little blood spots on the bed covers.
