"we wanted to eat in the other restaurant behind the cable car and in front of the church. but my man discovered it while we explore the way behind the church and we decided to eat there. there are many tables in the garden of the hotel, and there is a magnificent view of the hills, all the way to the coast! we got a table without booking and had to wait one to be given the menu and then order. my man had an salate and decided to have pasta with ragu. the salate was very good, the pasta was in order. I didn't know it was only with chop meat and without tomato sauce, plus it had nelken in him that spoiled my taste, but I managed to almost finish it. inexpensive I would say it is in the typical selection for this part of ital salads and simple net around 13 15 euro not exactly cheap, but this is very tourist place, so it is quite normal. the service was a bit slow, I had to ask the young waiter twice to bring the menu while he passed our table every two minutes. then I asked him about the Wifi password, but he said he didn't know. I will give him the advantage of the doubt. the older waiter was very polite and friendly and thanked us warmly. Do not forget that in italia smoking is allowed and italian smoking is quite much (compare to Britain), so if they are not smoker, they always run the risk of sitting close to smoking when they eat outside. Overall, this restaurant is worth a visit, so they enjoy eating and the intention. P.S. would you please feed the cats? they were all thin and I'm sure they left a lot of food."

Past the church, right when you’re about to give up there’s a utterly charming restaurant. Amazing views, dining under the massive trees. Homemade pasta, friendly staff. All in all an unforgettable lunch spot

This restaurant is literally a diamond in the rough. Located at the top of a mountain overlooking Rapallo, this restaurant was everything that we could have asked for. The view and local were stunning, and the service were absolutely fantastic! Gianluca was the perfect host...and his menu was only outdone by his and his staffs’ friendly service. We ended up going back as it was superb! Thank you Gianluca!

Besides the sanctuary worth visiting, this old hotel restaurant was born as a mountain refuge in the 1940s, has its charm. recently renovated in the part of the hotel by entering bathrooms in some rooms, it is a place surrounded by nature, with a fantastic view on the promontory below Portofino...the restaurant once very rustic with few choices now is a parity with the restaurants of the coast, even with rapallo prices is about 12 km from the coast

now for a start, the position is breathtaking. Second summer day, sun rays, spectacular view of santa margherita, positano and rapallo. we took the stand ropeway for additional “spectacularity” (if there is such a word). a typical menu for the area with eating super fresh. and well prepared. and this view. we stumbled on this way behind the basilica. there were local families too midday and we were visiting under a small group of (if at all). beautiful way to finish a week to explore the Ligurian coast.

we were in the hotel near and accidentally came over this jewel of a restaurant in the wilderness at the top of the hill. the personal was so friendly and welcoming absolutely amazing, and the eating was delicious! we loved it so much that we came back twice to dinner on our three-day visit. we enjoyed everything from caprese salat, auberginen parmigiana, ravioli ragu, muscheln in an amazingly tasty wine sauce, and tagliatelle porcini...all was so incredibly tasty and the personal was excellent friendly and attentive. highly recommended!

We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant/bar at the top of the mountain while staying at the hotel nearby. The views of Rapallo are incredible, as well as the friendly atmosphere of this place. Gianluca and his staff go out of there way to make you...feel welcome, including his personal touch of sitting down at your table to explain the menu and specials to all. Mama Gainluca is working hard in the kitchen too turning out delicious authentic Italian dishes. We loved this place so much we returned for a second visit and last meal before leaving Rapallo. Highly recommended! If I could give it more stars I would!

a place where silence will probably make its best part, the staff is respectful and never intrusive. a place to see, but above all to listen and be able to listen. food, it's food! genuine, homemade and above all of the area; the portions are moderate and the quality of fresh fish, homemade desserts, in the basket there is no shortage of focaccia, quality raw materials. .everything has brought on incima, with extreme care to become a unique place; where to contemplate/contemplate, recognize or begin to become known, the huge view to admire the beauty of creation. a suitable place for those who love life, beauty and nature. recommended for families, caminants, solid couples, groups of sincere...

casa pllegrino is located in rapallo on the monteallegro. this can be achieved by bus or cable car. After I got up with the first and went down with the second, I can say that the cable car is the better option. this is a...very picturesque and a short 8-minute drive up as soon as they reach the top, they are surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful landscape, perfect for hiking trekking and cycling. the staircase leads to the sacredness of our lady of monteallegro. in front of the church there is one that leads them to the casa pellegrino. there is a large terrace with vines and other trees the feeling is totally relaxation. we sat at a table with magnificent views over rapallo. we were warml...
