"Being belgian, living in France, we have been to many good restaurants in different countries. Still, Casa Tuscia is special for us. Since we first time we came here about 12 years ago, we always have been returning. Although there are many excellent restaurants in this region, Casa Tuscia, for us, really makes a difference. The food is always of excellent quality and with a touch of originality that we appreciate very much. There is a large and excellent choice of wines, served with expert advice. The restaurant itself has a very nice atmosphere. Interior and decoration are sober but beautiful and stilish. The service is discrete and friendly. At the end of a nice and gastronomical evening there are no surprises, the bill is very acceptable given the excellent quality. We'll certainly keep visiting and enjoying this lovely restaurant !"

excellent location, the distance between the tables and the columns in the room help a private atmosphere. excellent service discreet and informed staff on the menu. a simple description of the desired wine was enough to have a good feedback and a great proposal from the staff. excellent food and well-planned advice the stink great and abundant. we also enjoyed the relaxation stop before leaving the premises in the outdoor sofas. recommend to all

a pleasant discovery, intimate location, from the appetizer to the sweet all very well-kept, excellent quality raw materials accompanied by a beautiful choice of wines. I had the opportunity to eat and taste the fried feta with eggplants and cherry tomatoes, selection of local cheeses, nduja pici and stracciatella, chianina stew with vegetables, duck breast, visciole and ricotta tart, goats with blueberry jam all really great. compliments to the chef

We found this in the Michelin guide and it was worth traveling 45 minutes to eat there. We were going to the Palazzo Farnese in nearby Caprarola (very worthwhile as is Villa Lante) and decided to drive further away from Viterbo (our starting point) because of the rave reviews of this place. It didn't disappoint. The wines, even glasses of house wine, were excellent. Our vegetarian friend had a very fine risotto, my husband had an amazing bacala apetizer and I had an excellent ravioli. The stuffed zucchini flowers were exceptional not deep fried in batter as usual but baked. We are all serious foodies and agreed that collectively we would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a very unassuming restaurant from the outside, but within it is a delight. Lovely clean decor, attentive service and the food is excellent. I had a pan fried salmon that was beautifully cooked, followed by the slow cooked lamb, tender and succulent. My friends had the zucca al forno (lovely intense flavour) and the papardelle al ragu. All of it delicious. We finished with very tasty desserts torta cioccolato and lemon sorbet. We accompanied the food with a pino grigio from the region and freshly baked bread and Nepi's own spring water. The owner stopped by to chat and it all only cost E99 for three! This is a restaurant famed for its slow cooking ethos and it made for a leisurely and...

"We went with friends to Foglia, a very small village in Italy for a walk and looking for a restaurant for lunch we were curious about the reviews of this farm... All 5 stars.... well... worthy and there was a sixth. I would have given that....the farm is small, immersed in the green...the chef welcomed us in a small simple environment but with a refined mis en place, ceramic tiles and wine glasses... and his smile, his friendliness, his authenticity put us immediately at ease....it was not the classic lunch at the restaurant... It was a unique experience, relaxing and fulfilling for all senses.... it was just us and the chef... that he cooked, unfolded, recommended and brought the dishes. He told us his choice of life... moving away from a chaotic capital and lying to a simple life, cultivating what he cooks... but bringing with him the experience, the technique the sophistication and the love for his work that breaks in every dish. I had to console myself with that of oranges....the account? We were in 6.... we lost 1 appetizer 5 first,6 seconds,3 sweets,2 coffee...a bottle of wine,4 of water.... total 210€...35€ per person. price more than honest....forgettable... has accepted quietly that our small dog was with us during lunch....what to say. Thank you. your serenity and professionalism made us spend a unique afternoon..... congratulations deserved"
