Very deserving of their two Michelin stars. In a place of stunning beauty in front of the water, the dishes were all perfect and similarly the service. Great evening.

We had a reservation in the formal dining room. The service was top-notch. The staff was extremely attentive. We enjoyed many courses and each one had an unique and memorable taste. The lamb entree was the most outstanding!

Exceptional service, exceptional food, exceptional views. It was a fine dining experience worth the hefty bill. We even got to meet the sweetest chef Fabio Baragagnolo and his team. That was our best food experience in Corsica. View menu

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at the restaurant what a place! On arrival we went and had cocktails on the terrace a view to die for! The restaurant is beautiful, the food amazing, the staff really knowledgeable. We loved every minute and we...will be back!

An exclusive destination with a price to match but one they deserve to charge. It means you should expect high standards and they generally live up to them. We ate in the grill not the michelin starred restaurant. Great and friendly service, stunning setting, good...food.

Went here for a special family and friends dinner as a surprise. The food was good but I was extremely surprised to hear afterwards that it was two stars as the food was no match to other two stars I have dined at. Service was...nice, but flawed. Two of our party asked to not have raw meat but were served a replacement dish of rare duck, no comment was made that the food was not eaten. The deserts were superb. View menu

A haven of peace with a magnificent view of the Porto Vecchio golf course. We were able to enjoy and savor the tasty brunch of this carefully decorated establishment. Only one small downside on the service where we had to ask the staff several times for the drinks, although included in the brunch, as well as the removal of the used plates which had quickly piled up. Apart from that, everything is perfect and the kindness of the staff is worth highlighting.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we discovered that our hotel where we stay did not make the reservation as requested and Casadelmar was full which vas unfortunate. The hostess proposed that we seat for a drink and see how it could be solved. Then...the staff was able to sort it out and we were given a great table with wonderful view on the bay. Service was impeccable as well as food we took à la Carte as the menu was too much for us, wine menu has a wide choice and Sommelier recommended us Leoville Barton St Julien which was awesome. Overall a great experience for a dinner with the service and quality of food you would expect for a star Michelin Restaurant and the only one in Corsica.

I think this place is the description of how rich people lives. In a beautiful garden with an elegant terrace , white furniture , classy waiters dressed like it would not be degrees outside, serving impeccably excellent champagne. It is obvious that the majority...of the guests are not for the fist time here. everybody knows everybody , great each other with the serenity of those who s biggest problem in life is where to travel next. We had a Michelin star dinner , menu degustation , very light , amazingly tasty , all dishes made with genuine Corsican ingredients.
