"Given the Best Kebab in Paris certificate so proudly displayed in the window, I came in with significant expectations. I ordered my standard: Assiette grec avec sauce blanche et harissa. Having lived in Paris as a student and on a limited budget, the döner kebab is a nostalgic experience. While this place had very savory and deliciously prepared lamb, the rest was a huge disappointment: the lettuce was not fresh, the tzatziki was runny and had no dill, the fries appeared previously frozen (even Leader Price) and, the kicker, what he called Harissa was merely a cheap, bland tomato salsa. Honestly, there are better, fresher (and much cheaper) grecs to be had on the tourist laden streets down the hill Rue de la Huchette, for example, has some unassuming gems. On a final note, the hygiene of this place left a lot to be desired. An okay grec in a pinch but why settle when good is so close?"

Probably this is one of the best kebabs I've ever tasted here (the thousand and one parmenter spice being another very good candidate). The boss is warm and hospitable. meat of very good quality (no poultry),!
