Une belle cuisine pour ce restaurant avec des suggestions innovantes et un menu "surprise" plein de saveurs. Très bons conseils du sommelier. Seul bémol, un service un peu long!

We love the traditional Burgundy delights, but Caves Madeline offered a fresh and seasonal menu that was just what we needed. We sat at the communal table, which was a great experience too. Put this on your list!

Si vous n'êtes pas trop pressé (2h15 pour entrée, plat et un dessert avalé à toute vitesse) ça vaut le coup !Le service est sympathique, les produits sont frais, tout est très bien cuisiné, la vaisselle est très jolie !Seul le temps entre chaque plats nous a un peu agacé.

Delicious food, well presented and very good service. The waiter spoke English and was able to explain the finer details of the menu. We had the set menu at €23 and with wine and water the bill for two people was €70. Very good value and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We had reservations made as a recommendation from a family member living in Paris in the restaurant industry and it was one of the best meals we had during our trip in France! The menu is innovative with fresh, local ingredients. Fantastic wine selection of the region. Will come back here the next time we are in the area!

Questo locale è difficile da classificare...ristorante no...direi che è più una enoteca travestita da ristorante. A parte gli scherzi potrete trovare il meglio della produzione vinicola della zona ma dovrete accontentarvi di mangiare come in una nostra apericena. Il conto è sicuramente alto visto che la lista dei vini parte da 39 EURO.

Had a great dinner here during our time in Beaune. The food was delicious - all local and seasonal - and the wine list is huge. The staff was very kind and friendly and was happy to speak both French and English with us. The place is small - only seats about 20 - so I'd recommend a reservation in advance (I did it via email very easily). Great atmosphere and great food!

Caves Madeleine is a great way to experience a taste of Burgundy. Very fresh farm to table menu with local favorites. Excellent vegetarian options too which included both starters and mains. Fish, poultry, and meat as well, so something for everyone. Excellent local wine selection so you can really get a taste of the region. Great desserts and selection of digestifs to round it all out. Will definitely go back!

Well the guys around me had just returned from a tasting visit at DRC in Vosne Romanee; so you can imagine where their taste buds were- in the Cotes de Nuits of course.Caves Madeleline is a popular spot; hard to gain a place there; booking is imperative; especially at the long table where seating is shared. It's known for this uni style seating. It is just off the ring road in Faubourg Madeleine street, 8.The menu is all blackboard; just read the French; trad bistro food with a few little edgy ingredients; all seasonal of course.My delection was beef fillet tartare, asparagus soup and monkfish; easy, flavourful, serves small- enough richness. And wines Vosne-Romanee, Echezeaux and Morey-Sain...
