It is noticeable both in the minimal aesthetic choices and above all in the menu, renewed periodically, never boring and with the wise guidance of Francesco, owner, chef and also Sommelier who knows how to advise and convince with effective education the increasingly better pairing between all types of wines , with a particular predilection for his native Salento. Delicious, creative and courageous tasting dishes, always cooked to perfection. From cappellacci to braised meat, to side dishes and dessert. Everything handmade, fresh ingredients, open kitchen an act of great courage always clean, as are the surfaces and especially the bathrooms. Extremely discreet service and ready for every need. I took a Sicilian appetizer and a delicious beef braised... soft and tasty... and a heart of chocolate... the room is not very large and you can also see the kitchen but the tables are arranged optimally... for the parking lot you have to have some patience...
