Cozy chalet atmosphere, food plentiful and good, service attentive and very friendly.

My main dish was slices of Calf’s liver, was very tasty. The salad was also good. There are terrace seats. Nice place. The waitress was kind.

One of the best meals I've ever had! The waitress became our friend (also from Brazil) and the owner was cordial and friendly, asking us about our food and experience. Looking forward to visiting it again.

We were enjoying our first time eating fondu here based on a lot of good recommendations on google. Everything was fine until we found a mold on the bread. They offered us new bread or coffee but we already finished our meal and still paid full price.

Great traditional Swiss restaurant with good service and lovely food. The first night I had pork with mushroom sauce and noodles, and my husband had pork cordon Bleu- both dishes were excellent. We went back the next night and had cheese fondue with bread, potatoes and pickled veges.

Wonderful lunch experience here. Restaurant Owner and his Thai wife were friendly and heartwarming. Our first cheese fondue during our Europe trip. I would say it’s the best so far I have eaten. Recommended! The tomato soup and other dishes were surprisingly good as well. All in all, do not miss this place for a good meal!

Since we were at Interlaken decided to try this restaurant as it had traditional Swiss food. We decided to try the Raclette with egg and potato, also had the Fondue with potatoes, pickled cucumber and pickled onions with bread and a salad. The waitress who served us was friendly and gave us information such as the special of the day and then took down our order. We enjoyed our meal and it was nicer than we expected and were glad that we had the Fondue and Raclette. If you have a chance would advise to try this restaurant especially the Fondue and Raclette and decide for yourself whether it is worthwhile or not.

I randomly searched for this place on Google and it happened to have a seat. The mutton is really delicious. It is estimated to be about medium rare but there is no fishy smell at all. The highlight is his scallion sauce, which has a bit of Chinese flavor and helps to remove the fishy smell from the mutton. Don’t try cheese pot without being mentally prepared. The portion is a lot, including a pile of bread and a lot of small potatoes. However, the cheese pot itself is very salty and it’s not very tasty even if it’s dipped in bread. The bread is very hard. The potatoes are not very tasty either. . Google said it was open until 11 o'clock, but it seemed to close before nine o'clock.

Horrendous Customer Service Experience Do Not Visit My partner is celiac and we disclosed to the waitress Anna 3 times about the gluten issue and she let us order a dish with gluten in. We also requested rice which is gluten free but did not receive this. Then had the chef tell us we still had to pay for a dish and would not get another dish free of charge. The waitress was then rude to us repeatedly calling my partner a liar when other tables saw and shook their heads in disapproval. They eventually took the dish off the bill but quite frankly spoiled our whole experience on our first night in a beautiful town.
