"Sehr unfreundlich, ja sogar unverschämte Bedienung. Magere Auswahl am Buffet für einen stolzen Preis.Wir alle - 12 - Personen waren sehr entäuscht. Das Personal war sichtlich gestresst und liess die Stimmung direkt an uns aus. Weiter haben sie untereinander gestritten, resp. eine gehässige Tonart. Am Buffet funktionierte der Nachschub nicht, mehrere Gäste mussten immer wieder vor leeren Behältern warten. Nachdem das Personal anständig darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass es keine Teller, keinen Zopf, kein Rührei etc. mehr hat, bekamen wir Gäste schnippische Antworten. Beim Kaffeebestellen ging es mit der Zuteilung nicht sofort auf und wieder erhielt einer unserer Gäste einen gar unverschämten Kommentar ab.Für uns nie wieder - schade um das schöne Ambiente!"

Amazing fondue, we tried the one with lots of herbs and another with pepper and mustard! Lots of bread and potatoes to dip in. A really nice atmosphere and you can see rabbits outside :

This was a charming restaurant from the city of Fondue. It is a 15-minute drive with a beautiful view of Zurich . The staff was friendly and numerous choices of fondue I didn't even know existed. Hubby gluten-free, so he kept with the potatoes in the fondue and salad and tomato soup. Would definitely recommend.

This cozy little place on top of a hill overlooking a valley is the perfect place for a cheese fondue dining experience. The restaurant is in an old barn, so has a really unique vibe. It is not too big (but has outdoor seating) making it intimate. The staff are so friendly, and the food is very fresh and incredibly yummy. We will visit again, and try their homemade fondue recipe which is apparently really good

I have lived in Zurich for 5 years and have still been able to enjoy as beautiful fondue as we had here. The week before my booking in the Chasalp I was at the opening for Chalet Au Lac (Baur Au Lac) and I thought that was fantastic, but Chasalp is so much better. A wonderful, warm and welcoming cozy atmosphere, beautiful fondue and fantastic wine. I have already canceled my reservation in Chalet Zuriberg to go back to Chasalp instead.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Brunch, den wir (11 Personen) in Zürich bisher erlebt haben. Die Auswahl am Buffet war unzureichend und das Personal schlichtweg überfordert; ja teilweise sogar sehr unfreundlich. Schon zu Beginn wurden wir enttäuscht, als wir über eine halbe Stunde auf den "Zopf - Nachschub" warten mussten. Die Auswahl der Speisen entsprach zudem einem 0815 Frühstück. Fazit: es gibt in Zürich viele bessere Lokale für einen rundum guten Sonntagsbrunch mit der Familie!
