"De passage à Langres, je crois que l'on a fait le bon choix.Menu du jour de ce lundi 3 juillet: salade italienne ou au chèvre chaud puis matelote de poissons ou Morteau sauce vin et oignons. Des produits de qualité et des sauces qu'on ne laisse pas dans l'assiette! Les desserts sont du même niveau et le tout est mitonné dans la cuisine à côtéAccueil et service particulièrement agréables; ici, on veut faire plaisir au client et c'est réussi."

"Very disappointed with this restaurant. We went there as a family but the food frankly leaves something to be desired. The prices are high for the quality of what is on the plate. The half cockerel for 18 euros was served without sauce, with 6 potatoes advertised as new potatoes but which did not even benefit from seasoning or a stay in a pan with a little fat. The service was OK, although the waitress forgot to inform us of the absence of certain dishes (which we had chosen unfortunately)."

"5 stars, you can think it's too... In fact, go, and you'll do just like me. This restaurant offers entrance fee to dessert. For 15.90€day menu: Salmon mousse. It's fine, delicious and a sufficient quantity. Pintade with mushroom sauce including girolles and it is mellow, tasty the forest and the best of the bass courtyard in your plate. an explosion of authentic traditional tastes, everything is fresh. tender and crunchy. A real delight. dessert. a succulent red fruit charlotte. raspberries, blisters, and others, mellow and explosive in the mouth, a lot of taste and freshness. service: efficient, attentive, fast. the customer is really well honored in this establishment, all in the menu of the day. I'll be happy to go back. The empty establishment upon our arrival turned into a very vibrant Parisian brewery in a few minutes. Really, if you pass through Langres, this establishment is worth a visit. This type of establishment has become so rare that it seemed necessary for me to put low hat!"

"The setting is very nice and quiet. The service is pretty nice. The compliments will stop there. A cuisine without flavor, very low-end, not too expensive fortunately, because frankly, if it feeds, we do not take pleasure in it. I think I'd rather pay more and eat better, because the frame fits well. Finally, we ask for a doggy bag so that we can eat a dessert, and we charge it with it, which elsewhere is always free... The payment, at the bar is rather unpleasant, because the man who cares about cashing has the nose laughed on his phone, and even if he is polite, the feeling is not acceptable for this kind of trade, or we look for the reception as much as the plate. No thanks either for the tip. For all these reasons, I do not recommend this place, but especially because the kitchen is really low-end"
