"Where do I start, from being charge £1.60 for a small glass or cordial with tap water, to the most miserable waitress I have EVER encountered who dropped more food than she served , to have a load of rice brought out and no food for over 5 mins, and then the ceiling started leaking straight onto the spare rib I was saving. Then the miserable waitress spilled a drink and soaked the stairs but left it and I had to hold my breath whilst my 74 year old father walked down them. Absolutely dire... needs closing down. Was like faulty towers."

The food that they delivered, literally went in the toilet. Seriously, I wouldn't feed that to my dogs. Literally, not fit for them. I felt ashamed to put it down the toilet, in case it insulted the toilet. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20

Unfortunately it's the last time, paying highly for Chinese Takeaway these day's and it's not cutting the Mustard, Chinese Garden in the past was excellent, but having there food this Evening was a total an utterly awful experience, cold food, no taste whatsoever, so not for me anymore I'm afraid,

Visited at 7pm on a Friday for eat in. Restraunt was cold, food was good but service was slow, said they were busy but we were the only people upstairs. Thought it was very overpriced at £250 for 6 people including 2 drinks each. Cobra lager £8:90 a pint. Not somewhere I will go again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The place was cold and uninviting I had my coat on the whole time. The plates were cold so the food went cold very quickly. They got our food order wrong one of us had to wait for our food while the others ate. The service was unprofessional and had a cant be bothered attitude . Saying they were very busy and yet we were the only people in. It is not value for money. I will not be going there again. Service: Dine in

"After reading the reviews we was really looking forward to eating here ,however it turned out to be the worst tapas and worst service we have ever received . After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our drinks order we then waited a further 30 mins to be served with what can only be described as toast with tasteless mushed up tomatoes on , this was inedible and hardly touched , a further 20 minutes on and we was served a single dish of chicken between two of us again this was very bland and resembled nothing like a original tapas dish more like a chicken korma again this was hardly touched . When I enquired as to where the rest of the food was I was told they was very busy . With this we decided to cut our loses and asked for the bill . Before leaving we tried to have a conversation with the manager who is also the chef to give some honest feedback ,however he wasn’t open to listening , he’s response was “it’s normal in a tapas restaurant to receive one dish at a time between two with a large gap between dishes wasn’t it explained to you that’s what tapas is “We felt this was a very patronising remark as we eat tapas on a regular basis and know this is definitely not the case . To matters worse there was people who came in after us with multiple plates and tucking in nicely to their meals . The manager who was obviously struggling to cope on a busy Saturday night should have just apologised and admitted our order had been overlooked . If you are looking for authentic Tapas with excellent service in Wigan go to Casa Carlos this place doesn’t deserve your hard earned money ."
