"Last summer, we discovered this charming little Italian restaurant with a group of friends in the heart of the city of Lausanne. The pizza, a true delight, transported me to Italy for a meal. "Il y a autant de variétés de pizza et de type locaux qu'il y a diversités culturelles en Italie.Ici elles sont fines, moyennes, au fond biscuité, probablement du type des Pouilles, je ne suis pas expert, demandez au patron. La pizza que j'ai mangé était bonne, le salami dessus délicieux. Personnellement je préfère les pizza très fine non huilée ou plus épaisse avec...., mais ça c'est qu'une question de goût.... ma che c.. vuoi?!!L'entrée au Gambas et avocat citron (ou lime?), coriandre.... est vraiment magnifique (attention toutefois à votre porte-monnaie!) et le tiramisu également.C'est une pizzeria du quartier, qui a gardé l'authenticité des pizzerie d'Italie très présentes dans les années 80 à Lausanne, ceci malgré la crise et aujourd'hui la concurrence d'une surpopulation de nouveaux restaurants qui se greffent à 10 mètres de vous et ne durent pas longtemps, juste l'histoire de bousculer ceux qui sont déjà en place,sans que la police du commerce ne daigne intervenir! La multiplicité entraîne la baisse de qualité!Revenons au CharbonEn résumé, la cuisine est bonne voir excellente, le personnel est très sympathique, le service rapide et très bien coordonné, le patron a de l'humour. Des restaurants authentique et vintage de ce style sont de plus en plus rares. Ah j'oubliais! La terrasse, au soleil jusqu'à 6h30 depuis début avril pour le café et le soir quand la circulation diminue est un vrai régal avec vue sur la quartier."
