Unbelievable, but true: there is a pizzeria in the heart of Darmstadt that puts everything else in the shadow. The Pizzaiolo Sergio consists of fresh ingredients, only from Bella Italia, pizzas that let everything else be forgotten. These pizzas even taste better than anything else that Darmstadt has to offer. The salads are fresh, the Burrata is a dream. Who would have thought that? Bonissimo!!!

The assessment shall apply to the delivery service. We are positively surprised, but it is not a typical pizza with tomato sauce, but as I learned afterwards, a pinsa, pizza dough Blanco with cheese and fresh food. On the Pizza Marlene were fresh tomatoes, rocket, Italian smoke ham, parmesan and a whole super delicious mozzarella on the piece, rounded with some balsamico cream. The dough was thin, crispy outside, soft inside and as we like it. Also the Arancini, frozen rice balls with cheese and spinach, was good. The only manko was the Balsamico cream, that was a small tick too sweet, but that is stool at a high level. We will definitely order more often
