"Promoted as Glasgow's only authentic ale pub and brewery, this establishment is a must-visit. We decided to have dinner here as well. Despite the large selection of beers, which was a bit overwhelming at first, the atmosphere was very welcoming. The beers are not served in standard hand pumps, but they are indeed real ales. We chose Clockwork ales, which were a great choice. The menu was simple, making it easy to decide, and our food arrived hot and delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. For those coming from Glasgow Central, the round-trip train fare is only £2.20 per person, so there's no excuse not to come and check it out."

Early evening visit with friends. Good choice of own brewed craft beers and guest beers. Didn't try food but it looked good. Can be noisy on match days at nearby Hampden park.

I cannot comment on the food as I only had a drink here although it did look appealing. It's a lovely place to have a drink with friends/family. It's very big inside with plenty of seating and the decor is very tasteful.

We booked for the excursion to Hampden Park because, as we arrived a little early, we needed to find a place to eat. Fortunately, we found Clockwork Beer Co. The menu was quite varied and had a reasonable price. The staff was efficient and we wouldn't hesitate to return to Clockwork. View menu

I was at the Scotland v San Marino match at Hampden and I had always avoided going to Clockwork on match days because it was usually too crowded. However, with the low excitement surrounding the match, I decided to go early to meet some friends, have a few beers, grab some lunch, and watch the Rugby World Cup.

worst night out of my life. I have no smartphone, so had great difficulties ordering drinks. they have to order from their phone from their table. not really very pub like, it took away the atmosphere and the social aspekt. they also have the audacity to know their postcode. What does that have to do with them? I and my 9 kumpels will never go back. do not recommend.

We went here on Friday and took our dog which was great. There were other people in with dogs so it is truly a dog friendly pub. We had good food and sampled the Oregon IPA which is their own brew, very very nice. Live music is on sometimes but not this night. When our food arrived the waitress asked us if we wanted another drink and brought it to our table, excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience, we will be back. View menu

The service was good and the food was very, very good. We had buffalo chicken wings as incoming, I think the buffalo sauce made him know well. And we had chicken fajitas and a burger that was absolutely fantastic. The chicken was roasted perfectly with the correct amount of spices (as I liked it and the burger was also great. The only thing was that it took a little time to enter the incoming, and especially with the main meals. I'm not sure if there's only one cook because the place wasn't so busy.

I only come here occasionally as a meeting place before my friends and I go elsewhere. The bar staff's attitude towards customers is shocking. There are always plenty of them working, but they would rather pretend they haven't seen you than serve you. It took me 10 minutes to get served on Friday and it wasn't even busy. When you do finally get served, you are met with a lackluster attitude. Clockwork is a nice-looking pub that is spacious and clean, but the staff are terrible. I would recommend avoiding it at all costs.
