It is rare to encounter such personalized attention these days, but Keith made our experience truly memorable. Despite a rowdy group of 10 young men at a nearby table, Keith handled the situation with ease. We look forward to visiting Coast to Coast again on our next trip to Birmingham."

What made our visit very memorable was the fantastic customer service we received from Keith who I understand did not work very long in the restaurant. In this day of age it is very rare to get the attention we receive from Keith. There were a lot of 10 young guys on the table facing us who were a little challenging, but Keith treated them very well. We will visit the coast for the next time in Birmingham.
