"Two friends recommended me this place, so I was very excited to try it. I ordered gyoza and a Shoyu ramen. Gyoza were not folded correctly, it was circular dumpling just wrapped in half, which is the easiest and fastest way to make them. There...are no pleats to fold the gyoza, so at least you should make sure that they are tightly sealed so they don’t come apart during cooking because of course when dipped they will open. Also they were grilled with a blow torch...very modern and unconventional but acceptable as long as I can eat them well! The Shoyu ramen had no egg but what made me sad was that the broth: was bitter. Maybe you overcooked or boiled Miso? Or maybe you boiled the kombu, I don’t know. The taste was just very bitter. You made Tsutomu Yamazaki cry : The guys behind the kaunta seki were working a lot. Service was kind too, also the place is very beautiful, a bit crowded but the amosphere is nice. There are better ramen, though."
