Get out of the old town, and come over to Glockenbach for a great meal at Cooperativa. The vegan dishes taste great, look great, and are generously portioned. Staff is friendly, service is fairly quick, and the prices are reasonable.

Das Cooperativa ist eine Institution für sich: leckere Salate, lockere Leute, guter Service.Einziges Manko: man kann nicht reservieren, was nicht stört wenn man eine kleine Gruppe ist und sich irgendwo dazusetzt aber wenn man mehr als 4 Leute ist eben schon.

Wir wussten überhaupt nicht, auf was wir uns einlassen, als wir das Lokal betraten. Auf der Homepage findet man nämlich keine Speisekarte oder ähnliches. Was wir dann assen, waren Speisen der Extraklasse und vor allem zu sehr fairen Preisen! Spezialität des Restaurants sind verschiedene Salat-Bowls (riesige Portionen) mit Fleischbeilage. Diese sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Ob die leckeren Dips wirklich für die gute Figur geeignet sind ist fraglich. Aber die Gerichte mit viel gebratenem Gemüse, Salat, Früchten und fettarmen Fleisch sind allesamt nocht nur überaus lecker, sondern geben ein gutes Gefühl. Allemal besser als der nächste neue Burger Laden ...Kreative Dips und teils außergewöhnliche Kombinationen machen das cooperativa zu einem super Erlebnis.Dazu gibt's auch Bier mal nicht aus München, sondern aus einem recht unbekannten Kloster in Bayern. Lecker.Vom Hören-Sagen scheint die Speisekarte über viele Jahre nicht geändert worden sein. Für mich war's aber das erste Mal - daher volle Punkte. View menu
