"It was a very hot day and as we were sitting outside, all we fancied was a salad. Not a great choice of those, but I ordered a Ceasar salad. It was tasty, but in my opinion it could have done with more lettuce if you’re going to charge £15.50 for it, at least make it look more appealing and filling for a salad. Or review the price down. Staff was nice although was made to feel like a burden when I ordered at the bar for alcoholic drinks and a pot of tea. If there is a next time I might order via the QR code to avoid being served by someone who clearly didn’t want to be there that day."

Previously visited the Copt oak for a family dinner. Food was great however wanted to give a big shout out to Josh for going above and beyond on our visit. Great customer service skills and extremely polite. Will 100% be back soon.

Another great visit to the Copt Oak this lunch time. Great offers available, food tasted great and was well presented and hot when it was served. Staff are a credit to the pub, all were friendly and offered recommendations when we couldn’t decide what we wanted to eat. Thanks for a lovely lunch!

We have an amazing time when we come here. The staff are so friendly and the service is top notch. The food comes out looking really good and tastes even better. This time we came with our dog and sat downstairs where you order from a QR code on the table and it’s quick and easy. Keep doing what you are doing because if you do we will keep coming back.

Went here with my partner food,ended up been put were u have no table service had to mess about and order it all yourself on a app,when food came it was pitterful around 8 chips steak one small mushroom 4 tomatoes on vine,the meat was tough when ask medium rare and of poor quality meat. Second meal butter chicken burger just was awful not nice at all iv come back home with really bad belly ache from it. £50 for a very dissatisfied meal never again

Went here today for lunch. Ordered my son Hunters chicken and it arrived and he initially asked me if it was a child's meal as a very small portion. He took one bite and left the chicken as it was so dry it was inedible. Fed half to our dog. I complained to the manager as all my son had ate from his £15 main was a handful of chips. The manager dismissed my complaint saying that their Hunters chicken was one of their signature dishes. Sadly won't be returning due to the substandard customer service.
