"The quality is still very good but now the service is very bad. I arrived before any rush of the day at 9:00 (neither too early when they just open, neither too late . It was not during a rush. I felt that the girl in front of me did not want to help me, she was just staring at me while I was asking for “help” (do you know that smiling to customers is a good way? . Then I paid and they forgot my coffee, I saw 3 persons after me taking their coffee before me. Not one “sorry” or anything they just let me wait. I wanted to take a goooood coffee with a nice breakfast before to begin my week of work and go to work (it is Monday for everybody ; . At the end, I entered smiling and left asking me if two people are enough to manage an order of a coffee, a muffin and a yogurt... and also: you face customers, can you please be a little nice? Where are the other employees that were nice and were smiling when I was taking my morning coffee here few months ago? They were amazing! It is a pity because the quality is there for the products. Can you please bring back the quality for the employees too (customer oriented and/or good waiter ? I really hope it will because your coffee tastes good : . But with this staff I don’t come back to you. Have a nice day and let’s focus on the positive : (no, your staff did not kill my positive attitude, just my coffee moment ."

Randy is very friendly. We ordered 2 coffee but 1 is a bit messy. They should inform customer there is point card to engage the clients coming more.the big smile is free. If nice coffee plus extra mile service would be way better.still need work for it.

On the off chance of a consistent flat white I traveled from Paral·lel to Costa Pelai and was not disappointed. Fabiana and Mattias where the Costa team running the show and their level of service, and also the cleanliness and appearance was first class. Highly recommend Costa Pelai.

Pedí un café y era muy original. Venía con un donut pequeño colocado en la taza de manera que podías merendar al completo pidiéndote ese café con leche. Ademas, pedimos el tamaño mediano y parecía uno grande, así que aunque parezca caro al inicio luego cunde bastante la bebida. El ambiente es agradable para tomarte un café, aunque no hay mucho sitio para sentarse y los precios son medios-altos.

excelente atención, personal muy cordial, cordial y rápido, sin perder atención a cada detalle en la preparación de la bebida. las heladas divinas y heladas, para mí en particular las mejores. He probado las arañas de varias costas de café y esta es una de las pocas donde las preparan completa, en cada detalle (sketch o kitkat, malvaviscos, jarabe, etc.). el lugar muy agradable, limpio y relajante.

Mis impresiones son que el lugar es limpio, ordenado, asado, agradable decoración, buen olor, acogedor, divertido y cálido ambiente. el personal amable, de buen tratamiento, antento, servil, espontaneo, cordial, con buena disposición y variopintos. la buena y excelente ubicación, una buena señal y es fácil de identificar desde el exterior!
