First I want to say that we would have liked to eat a paella but it was made to order and when we made the reservation no one told us, and the menu says that only the lobster is made to order. We ordered salmon tartare with avocado which was good, rosé which was also good, scrambled eggs with ham and truffle which was a shame but the potatoes were hard, they weren't done yet, 3 or 4 more minutes and they would have been delicious because the raw material It was good, the same with the clams, they had hardly any flavor because the garlic was raw, and look how good they looked and there was plenty, if they had been allowed to fry more the garlic would have been very good, I'm not really saying that for criticize, I say it to see if the cook takes note so that those dishes are delicious, it does not matter to wait a little longer if what they bring us is delicious.
