"Planning a weekend away, my wife found this place on Google. And what a find. Hidden away off the beaten track in a shopping precinct that I'm sure not even all the locals know about not helped by the fact that the postcode tells your satnav to take you to a carpark that you can't see the shops from! Anyway we persisted and I'm glad we did. This charming little cafe is attached to, and run by, the local butcher. So for example the breed of cow that finds its way into the beef burgers is specified on the menu (Dexter since you ask). Really friendly service, great fresh food, freshly cooked and really very good coffee.Reasonable prices too so this place is well worth hunting down if you are in the area it's about half way between Swindon and Avebury. I'll certainly be visiting again next time I'm in the area."

As my father is local to Cowpuccinos we often wander down into the village and pit stop for a hot drink. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and the hot drinks and treats are delicious. We always look forward to our next visit.

I wanted to give 5 stars because this is the type of place that I am a fan of but can only give 3 at the moment. This is the second time I have visited and on both occasions the hot milk used to make the coffee has been over heated. It ruins the coffee. I was also surprised that the white bread used to make the bacon sandwiches was not of a better quality. Very doughy and seemed like ready sliced. Leather sofas could do with a clean also, food remnants etc visible in the joins etc.

You don’t really think of wroughton being a place to have anything particularly out of the ordinary but this little gem is just that. The owners are friendly, they pride themselves on being different, the coffee shop is as hoc seating, logs for tables, paintings on the walls, it’s comfort and a place without pretence. The coffee is great and the food sourced locally with the support of their butcher shop that is right next door is great. There’s not a lot of coffee shops you can get a great coffee and great food together, this although is one of the places. A must go if you have twenty minutes spare

This is a great little cafe oozing character from the furniture to the staff. Cowpuccinos is attached to the local butchers so the meat here is of a superb standard with a lovely texture which tempts the taste buds. Most of the cakes are made by the staff on site I think) and are really yummy. Given all this the value of the food is really good. The coffee is also made with care. The staff are really helpful regarding allergies and particular needs. I really recommend the Trust me Burger, The Lamb Burger and The three little pigs. Especially after an invigorating bike ride or long walk. We visit as a bit of a treat sometimes and because the cafe's location suits us.
