"Coolest little venue in Ryde. There is a good amount of seating for somewhere so small, we went to order a takeaway and instead were lucky enough to be seated and experience the atmosphere. We don't get out much so it was just nice to be somewhere fully vegan for a change. Such a large selection of craft beer too! The staff were really friendly and helpful even though they were obviously very busy. We tried to order a bit of everything to share so we wouldn't have regrets! The Kebab, garlic bread and the BBQ dirty fries were amazing! Desserts were from another local vegan business (Peach) and were so big! We spent just under £80 for a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 almost teens) Can't wait to go back!"

I regularly order from craft, after they expanded their business during lockdown. They do amazing pizzas and chicken strips. One of the best fake meat replacements I've ever tasted.

First place I tried vegan food and changed me completely. Regularly head down for pizza now, plenty on the menu to choose from and non-vegans are also usually blown away by the food too!

I absolutely adored this restaurant. The pizza was delicious, they had a wonderful variety of beers, apple wine, and alcohol-free beverages, and the service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely adored this restaurant for its use of handmade ingredients, from the cheese to the sausage, resulting in a simply delicious taste. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely come back here again with a smile on my face.

"had a nice lunch on a day trip to the island. the three buoys is just 15 minutes to walk from the hover harbour in a beautiful location with views of the appley beach. the service was perfectly very friendly and efficient. eating was excellent and the menu was varied with interesting elements on a solid basis. the beer squirted fish and chips was delicious with the best I ever tasted, mixed with spinach and a cat filled tartar sauce. perhaps too many cats for those who are not fans of cats, but still delicious. the fish was beautiful and the teig was delicious and not heavy or greasy. I had the seabarschfilets with a red pfeffer pesto, sweethorn velouté, coconut jelly, carburized pak choi, black sesame and red chili. there were also some unannounced spring onions and criminals that complemented the court nicely. the coconut jelly cubes lacked in the coconut flavor and the cut red chili was a little too much for my taste. it contrasted too strongly against the brighter red pfeffer pesto and sweethorn velouté according to my opinion, but it was no effort to separate the few discs from the court. the seabarschfilets were cooked for perfection and packed with taste from the pan. moistened and tastefully with a firm skin, just as it should be. also the grilled pak choi were excellent and both that and the fish were the stars of the show. we had some extraordinary moules marinière as starter. they were not on the menu, but we were accommodated when we asked for them. the mushes were fresh and juicy, only cooked long enough. too many places serve overcooked mush, but this is not one of them. the sauce was plentiful and ridiculously tasty when used a little too much cream (for anyone who observes their waist). this was accompanied by the best garlic bread I cost. the part was also very generous for a starter. I had a local ale to accompany my soul bass, which went very well together. there was so much taste in the fish and pak choi that a bright white wine to blande in comparison I fear so that I was happy with my choice. I had hoped a little more seafood on the menu when I first saw it when I was in the mood for a seafood plate or similar. if I had seen the menu before, I might have gone somewhere and I would have missed on one of the best meals I had in some time. It shows that a good restaurant can take a somewhat regular dish and make it an unforgettable one. I wish I didn't drive this day later, because their gin and tonic and wein selection were very seductive. I'll be sure to come back next time with an overnight stay. at £ 21 per head this was exceptionally good. I love that the service has not been included yet suggested and I hope that the employees do well on tips because they deserve it absolutely. I can't recommend the three buoys enough and remember the meal lively as I write these days later."

"Probably the best so called traditional fish and chips I’ve had in very long time. The chips they were prepared and cooked beautifully the potatoes used were nice quality and not one bad chip on the generously sized plate. The potatoes were peeled yes removed no skin anywhere to be found and not one chip had a blemish ! The fish was nice size not to small not to large and was white fresh not flaky or dry and the batter was nice crispy golden brown a very good batter in todays world The mushy peas ! These are always contentious I come from where mushy peas were invented and used to be served alone with mint sauce ! But to be slightly critical they were too thick and not sweet enough, a little more runny and a little sweeter they would have been perfect. Bread and butter came with my order, nice and fresh bread though cut corner to corner, in a traditional fish and chip eatery it would be in half horizontally and served on a separate plate and not under the chips as was in this case. Minor point offer more than one slice good way to upsell The service in the restaurant, was brilliant the waitress was helpful and very friendly cheerful and reminded of a cockney welcome, everyone called “darling” she was great and certainly made a solo traveller welcome. The shop itself is a little confusing and door to the restaurant is on the corner of the building but like many other not knowing went into the takeaway side, when asked if eat in option available she looked at me like an alien and said yes just go through and someone will come to you ! Great information but didn’t say where to go so I almost ended in the back kitchen. A little more friendly like the waitress she would have been great and maybe a bit more welcoming, customer service nationally in Uk isn’t great compared to lots of other countries so be nice to prove it can be done! And definitely clearer instructions how to access the restaurant be very helpful If I can note some personal minor observations 1. Bread and butter served on separate plate 2. Give option or not for lemon wedge or tartare sauce save waste most don’t use or want it 3. Use mugs for tea or offer them 4. Mushy peas thin out the consistency and make very slightly sweeter can even sell on own with mint sauce ! Overall a very happy experience and would definitely recommend anyone to visit ! I noted lots of of prepared food in the warmers which means is a busy fish and chip shop and they fry appropriately unlike some on the island that make you wait outside for 10 minutes or more whilst they cook them ! My greatest note is that they clearly know how to prepare and cook fish and chips ! And I note as a takeaway they don’t put it in a box ! I think that’s as near traditional assigning today’s world. Thankyou for making my day by finding good food and as a single traveller Fish chips mushy peas bread and butter and generous freshly made tea for around £15 is good value on my book"
