"the food was very good, but the service unfortunately was quite bad. it was however the silvester evening, where a large part of the staff was absolutely overwhelmed. a question to eat answered a waiter that it didn't know because he only helped, but he would ask for minutes then came a waitress to pick up the order from our previous question she knew nothing and was actually annoyed. In between, one had to wait for drinks or other, also more. we could then pay only after we have addressed several service forces within about minutes and everyone said it could be someone with the bill. after receiving the bill and asking to be able to pay with card (we have already heard before), the waiter but then still filled with the ec card reader in the hand past us. it can be that it is better on other days, but this evening it was unfortunately not good. Perhaps in such a case you should reduce the number of tables rather and provide the foods that are there satisfactorily. the would not change anything at the sales, if the service had been better, we would really like to take one or the other drink to us and would have stayed closer."

Restaurant was closed without explanation and no communication before. I have the notification to remind me and confirm the reservation and nothing was said afterwards. Go to the restaurant to a sign that said, "Should be closed." Very disappointed and it was very unprofessional.

Wenn man gerne Hummer ist, ist dies das richtige Lokal dafür. Das Lokal ist schick eingerichtet und es gibt auch einen netten Gastgarten in der kleinen Gasse. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und die Lobsterroll mit Süßkartoffel - Pommes und Majo + der halbe Hummer waren wirklich ausgezeichnet.

Wer auf saftige Hummer und zarte Steaks steht, ist hier genau richtig. In entspannter und ungezwungener Atmosphäre kann man gegenüber des Lokals draußen Platz nehmen und das Treiben in der Gasse verfolgen. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. that was really a very nice meal. I had eaten the last time many years ago in maine a good lobster. I had the perfect duo, a combination of steak and lobster. steak was also exactly medium rare as ordered. as dessert I can recommend the crazy scheiterhaufen, very fluffy and tasty. the waiter was very competent and friendly. we will definitely come back soon and can only recommend the restaurant.

Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend zu Gast im CrazyLobster. Das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen gut bis sehr gut.Die CrazyLobsterRoll ist zwar sehr gut, jedoch auch äußerst üppig - dazu hab's Süßkartoffelpommes- mhhhh.Mit über 23€ jedoch nicht günstig. Das Hummercarpaccio war etwas zu warm, aber durchaus passabel.Der gegrillte Hummer um 28€ war das Beste des Abends.Meiner Meinung nach Hummer gegrillt oder gegart sind hinsichtlich Preis/Leistung durchaus zu empfehlen. Alle anderen Speisen sind gut, jedoch entbehrlich.Jederzeit gerne wieder!
