"Place was empty when we walked in so grabbed our own menu and had a seat, alot of the booth seats are in a bad way ripped in need of replacing, ordering was quick and took about 10 minutes for waffles and saunde and about 20 minutes for iced coffee and coke zero only 2 other tables in when we left food did taste great but pretty expensive for what you get."

I recently been to Cafe Cream in Birmingham, it is spacious and elegant cafe, I enjoyed my waffle and the ice cream. The customer service was absolutely great, specially I want to thank Amaan who was ready to answer all your question and helped us with our order he was very polite, I had the best experience from the cafe. I rate this cafe outstanding.
