"Visited on Saturday afternoon. Was wondering why it wasn 't overly busy when we arrived. Probably have established why. Before we entered there was a man smoking a cigarette beside us, smoke was blown right beside us, we went to enter Creams and he walked in ahead of us. I thought he was a customer, he worked there. No allowing Customers in first, he did. No evidence of immediate handwashing after he went behind the food counter either. I asked my wife if she wanted to leave, but the consensus was if he was scouping gelatio he 's not actually touching it. Placed our order, waiter was very confusing, to the degree my step-son ended up just ordering a Coke. Visited the loo, although the mirrors were very brilliant, the unisex toilet had all yellow staining around the seat. I went to pay, it was £56!! We were in a hurry as our car parking ticket was going to expire, so my wife checked the bill on our way home, it was wrong!! We had been charged for something we didn 't have... Unfortunately we will not be returning... 1. Questionable staff hand hygiene "

Very cheerful and helpful staff at the Tunbridge Wells branch. Can you have too many flavour choices, I'm not sure, but I can say that the coffee and pistachio is amazing.

I m mast said very disappointed on way the du dessert there..I was served pancakes Wich was so bad made it and quality of the was discasting…nothing personally bad stuff don’t whave idea wat they doing and price was more ridiculous..Shame creams

Arrived at approximately 12.30 on Mother's day with my wife and two children. Around 6 other diners present. Overheard someone tell the waiter not to worry about the milkshake that had not arrived. Clearly the waiter has forgotten to put the order for it through. We then ordered three items and had the same problem, with two dishes arriving for my son and I but not my wife. We thought it was just coming but no, he'd forgotten that too but didn't tell us at the time. My wife planned to share some of hers with our 18 month old but having watched my son and I with ours she was now upset and lost interest.
