"On a Sunday in France when everything is closed in town, several hungry people descend on this local place to get out of the drizzle. Our last chance option turned out, by dumb luck, to be one of the best casual meals we had on our entire tour. While the French staff is obviously local, we were able to order with the help of a waiter/manager who helped us with our order in his broken English. The food was excellent. Order the crepes here, you won't go wrong with anything here."

Simply the best crêpes I've had. A must when visiting Quiberon.

It's hard to find a good restaurant in these extremely touristic places. This Crêperie is authentic and tasty! Recommended.

Nice service but €2 for a tiny cup of milk for the kid. Day night robbery. Tea is €3 and beer is €3. Just put things in the prospective.

Authentic. Unpretentious. Delicious. Warm atmosphere. Satisfying. Very busy. The crepes are made right in front of your eyes from wholesome ingredients. Open on Sunday evening (most others are NOT).

An excellent place for crepes ! Also serves a few other dishes. The place is small and tables are very tight. A nice way to meet others but a challenge is you are a large person ! Staff was very friendly and efficient.

We had a fantastic dinner here consisting of galette and crepe- all prepared in front of you in the corner of the room- very cool. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very quirky. Definitely recommended if you get the chance. View menu

We tried to eat dinner one evening, but it was fully booked. We came back for lunch the day after and enjoyed the crepe. These ones were more filling and had better tastes than the previous ones we had tried. There were two chefs constantly cooking in display kitchen.

Hot August Saturday early afternoon after a 2.5 hour journey that took 5 hours. Walking down to the sea there is this oasis half way down on the shady side of the street. It serves wonderful crepes quickly, friendly and cheaply. Get this: crepe poire/chocolate, crepe rhubarb (both wonderful), lemonade, apricot juice (both served with ice) for Euro13.80. Amazing.

Erich et Christophe de LyonIt is rare that I write a review like this but with the restaurant La Bar Marine, it is well worth the review. We stumbled across this restaurant as there are many good restaurants in Quiberon. We found a restaurant with incredibly kind service and beyond delicious food. I ordered a whitefish as fresh as could be with a delicious sweet potato purée. We came back two days later to find a hamburger so juicy and perfectly cooked. It did not just have the normal cheap cheese but a perfectly melted reblochon cheese underneath. The service in France is really changing, they literally will walk up to you and will say, 'Tell me" without as much as a hello or how are you and many have an 'I don't care attitude' that you are even there. Not at Bar de la Marine. We met two servers named Sylvie and Annouck (hopefully I spelled that write) who were perfectly attentive and had the most genuine smiles possible. Kind, sweet, and really made our experience wonderful. The owner of the restaurant also checks in one time to make sure your food is good. I mean a truly great staff and restaurant. They also have quite good choices for wine and not horribly overpriced. Also, our little dog Spartacus was very, very welcomed. We will be back and what a great find!"
