"Al Croce for a piccata and risotto! Every local knows Osteria Croce Federale and would be lying if they had never tried their Piccata with mushroom risotto which is spectacular. In summer it is a wonderful place to have a dinner with stone tables, a good wine and piccata and risotto! Place known since sottoceneri and also by tourists visiting the Locarno area. Wir waren zu 7. Der Service war sehr gut und sehr schnell. Das Essen (Risotto mit Steinpilzen) war aus gezeichnet. Das zeichnet einen typischen Grotto im Tessin aus. Mein Abschlussfazit: Das Essen war gut und die Bedingung war freundlich. Also ein sympathisches und feines Grotto.

Immmer wenn ich meine Freizeit im Tessin verbringe, muss ich hier die urisprüngliche Gemütlichkeit geniessen. Der Risotto einsame Spitze, Bistecca etc. etc. perfekt. Auch die kleinen Teller sehr schön und liebevoll angerichtet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und wenn man öfters kommt, hat man das Gefühl nach Hause zu kommen. Im Garten die schönen Steintische, die Pergola - noch ein wwenig Ticino pur.
