"I chose to meet a friend for a catch up lunch at the The Croes Howell which is in a lovely semi rural location, with good views from the window tables. Service was friendly and efficient with our waitress explaining that my choice of pan fried chicken breast was cooked to order thus forewarning a slight delay. When it arrived the food was tasty and nicely presented. The lunch menu had sufficient choice and well priced. Will return and would recommend to others."

The food was outstanding and it was a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Not a complaint but they were very slow at serving drinks. Apart from that would highly recommend!

The decoration was pleasant for Christmas. All the meals arrived together . Only improvement I would offer , would have been nice not to have to to the bar for drinks once seated.

Our first time eating at this restaurant although we run past it nearly every weekend. The food was very good and well presented. Service was also very good so all in all very happy.

Friend and I go for a out-of-the-house natter !! Staff are very friendly but not OTT. Love the views, was out of their hands on Friday, foggy. Just a lovely place to eat and not very far.

Always enjoy our time at the Croes Howell.....lovely atmosphere, friendly, efficient service and excellent food. We particularly enjoy the lunch menu ....two courses for £10.95. Such good value for money.

Staff and food excellent. Unfortunately our meal was marred by locals threatening to drink elsewhere because we were there. Also regulars pointing and making fun of my wife during my quiet birthday celebration
