"Hi, I cannot message you via your website or facebook. I would like to lodge a complaint please. I had lived in Bedhampton for 24 years and have used your restaurant many, many times. I've ordered take-aways from you previously but found that after a few months, the food became very, very bland. I therefore gave my business to other companies. I have recently been using you again for take-away meals and the service and food have been excellent. However, this evening, again, as experienced in the past, the food was totally non de script and band. I had a meal delivered last Friday and it was delicious. Tonight, was awful! Have you changed chefs? It seems your regular customers aren't getting consistency. I feel once you know you have a regular customer, you don't appear to want to keep them as your standards and quality fall. As a small business owner myself, I feel it is important to keep your regular customers content and happy with the quality of food and service. That way you build a relationship and repeat custom. I feel, over the years, you treat your repeat customers with distain. I would welcome your feedback please because I am now reluctant to purchase from you in the future."

Group of 10 here for our regular (ish) curry night. Once again all happy with the service and food served. A tasty evening.

13 of us descended on Crookhorn Indian. They served us well with good food at sensible prices. All the group were happy with the eatables.

First time using Crookhorn for delivery , was not very hot when delivered one of the dishes was a little greasy but overall not to bad better than some of the others in the immediate area.

we had a good start last night. fast delivery and full taste. not greasy, which is often a big problem. we have been hunting for a good Indian and had some bad experiences that we have found in any case, we will use again!

I had a problem with my first delivery, it was not delivered! I tried to tell me I didn't answer the door. When I called, they told me that the supplier had finished the work and they would give half the price to the next order, as it costs for the food! I went in there personally the next day and got the same spill. I called the other night after a curry. the guy could not have been more helpful. eating was good and they worshipped and gave me the meal too no extra cost. a week too late, but worth the waiting nice and spicy
