"Upon arrival at the restaurant, my reservation was not honored even though I had the confirmation. I was seated at a table for two, but it was not comfortable as we had to sit on the side of the chairs, not facing each other. I chose this restaurant because my guest is vegetarian and the menu supposedly had good salad options for them. However, these salads were not available on the menu. When I inquired, I was told that there was only one menu option available, leaving my guest with limited choices. The restroom was also inconveniently located far away from the restaurant, causing a line of people queuing into the dining area. Overall, I felt disappointed with the experience and did not enjoy it as advertised."

Sold as an Italian restaurant it is really not . It is a fairly grubby cafeteria, very loud, grim food and absolutely no ambience. so close to the Premier Inn they don't have to try because they know they get cartridges.

The restaurant was very accommodating when some of our party members were late, they managed to rearrange our seating. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were able to catch up without feeling rushed by the staff. Great location for the south bank.
