"First night in Italy and didn't want to get caught in a tourist trap but got caught in the rain with two young children and decided to go with what was below where we were staying. After being in Rome a few nights, have to say, the best pasta and pizza hands down (carbonora/bolognese and four cheese). Service was fantastic. Decor was dated and put us off in the beginning but didn't matter when the food showed up. Compared to the most reviewed and higher rated google restaraunts, this one blows them away. Same prices and portion sizes. Don't understand the current rating of 3.9. Should be 5 stars and reviewed 20k times."
