Well-known beer in rustic style with beer from German countries, good kitchen and also small beer garden. Unfortunately there are hardly any parking possibilities, because in the middle of the urban residential area, but car ride and alcohol does not go anyway. Don't drink and drive! View menu

our social celebration of adult booked a large table for a meal drinks in dachsbau, where they have about beer from the barrel. at a big party it is in the regular the waitress that comes under pressure, with all the different drinks and meals in the evening's run. we were all sitting and with drinks at and after studying the menu that we all ordered although we had to wait one because to the meals we didn't make, we were for an evening of the conversation and reorienting so the time passed fast. the owner of the native came over and greeted us what we all appreciate. then came meal times and drinks were up, eating was really nice and everyone commented on the service and quality of the food...

Our social party of 13 adults booked a large table for a meal & drinks in Dachsbau where they have about 16 beers from the fass. With a large party it is usually the waitress that comes under pressure keeping up with all the different drinks and meals over the course of the evening. We were all seated and with drinks at 6.15 and after studying the menu we all ordered by 6.30. Although we had to wait a while for the meals we did not mind, we were out for an evening of conversation and news swopping so the time passed by quickly. Last night I also tried the food their local speciality, Niederrheinischer Sauerbraten, is really good. our friend has invited us to the dachsbau, the place is old-hearted and should be known to any christmas. parking is enough in the surrounding side streets and if they have luck, also right in front of the place. it is probably 20 years since I was there last. was good at that time and did not worsen. they must be invited to be back. it is quite original, with life-size puppies sitting on baroque, or simply with the table. the dachsbau is by the way the only locality that we know where the beer card is larger than the menu.
