"Let's start with the positive one. the service was first class! there's really nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, eating was not really good when you put the price level in relation. Since today, it has a new map. the dishes sounded really delicious and kreatiw from the basics and it also looked pointed and well made out just it really mediocre to not tasted at all. in a pasta with truffle you can't actually do much wrong but this version just tasted joyless and fade. the salmon as an appetizer was beautifully dressed and the green cabbage was quite interesting but the foams/saucen were either totally taste-neutral or not delicious. the main dish, three black roots on a chalk bed were very tasty and very deft only has this dish simply missed another ingredient or a counterweight to the deftness. after 3, 4 bites, the whole thing became boring. the dessert a cream brûlée was good you can actually not do much wrong) but the lemongras sorbet did not fit at all. the sorbet makes everything flat and tasty for itself ... but only in succession. probably you can do nothing wrong with a white carving in the load, but with the culinary finer attachment, the cook here unfortunately overestimates."
All prices are estimates.
Hamburg, a port city in northern Germany, is known for its maritime heritage, vibrant culture, and local dishes like Fischbrötchen and Labskaus. It's a blend of old charm and modern vibe.
