I love the burgers of this place, the problems atr the place. It is too small and also ecpensive prices.

Great garlic fries! Chilli Burger is also tasty. Iconic place in Koln, nice interior and service. But be prepared for a wait

Food is awesome but service is horrible!!! Those waitress are soo rude and the owners of and restaurant should reorganize their stuff members.

Myself and my partner visited this place on our first night in Cologne and the food and service was perfect. I highly recommend the chilli cheese burger, it was very satisfying and full of flavour. The staff were very nice and spoke English which we...appreciated because we do not speak German. It also has a lovely atmosphere, very relaxed and casual. I would highly recommend visiting this hidden gem if you are in Cologne.

Living in Köln for over a year now, I have never experienced such a rude waiteress. A waitress with dark hair who was at the register taking orders this evening rolled her eyes and made flippant comments to my every question. Such a horrible, nasty...attitude. As for the burger, mediocre and not something I would particularly recommend. Friends of mine who were long-time fans say the restaurant really fell off. Try Zimmermans... Much better burger and frankly more professional workers.

If you are tired of all the tourist in the cologne city centre and you like hamburgers go to the Fette Kuh. The witty name gives already an idea. This is a very popular, small place mostly visited by international, young folks. What counts are...the burgers. You will not be disappointed. They are just super delicious: carefully selected, never frozen meat, tasty brioche and many options. I and my friend who is German have ordered two burgers during the Corona period. order has been successfully placed, but the employee wrote the wrong name jasmine instead of jessica. thank you, berin. then instead of apologising on the mistake. who gave us an extra 15-20 minutes. they were very rude to my friend. if they make a mistake as a business, that's okay, but then to treat yourself in rude manner is just bad administration. jessica knows what her name and that is clearly not jasmin. very disappointed about the bank, berin treated the situation.

Today I went to the Fette Kuh for the first time and as amazing as the food was, I must say that the service left much to be desired. I 've been living in Cologne 's South City for the past three Months and had been meaning...to visit the uber-cool burger joint for a few months now. I arrived to the Restaurant at 15:50 and I ordered my food at around 15:55, I gave them my name and I very naively assumed that I would receive my food within the next 20 Minutes-big Mistake! Around 25 minutes later one of the guys at the grill asked me my name and indicated that I would receive my simple burger within the next few minutes.
