Diepeschrather Mühle

The café, the location, the atmosphere and especially the cheese cake are a dream! It is great to combine with a walk in the forest or an excursion to the playground. Absolutely recommended!

You notice that the dishes are freshly prepared. Were there three times and were extremely satisfied from appetizer to improve.insurgent service and although all the tables were occupied it went quietly and without hectic.

The reservation date was perfectly adhered to, the table was lovingly covered, the service was fast, the dishes, warm drinks and cakes were excellent in appearance and taste. An appealing quiet atmosphere, clean toilets. We like to come back.

Since the end of 2010, I have been going to Diepeschrather Mühle at regular intervals. From the first day on, my parents and I were very kindly received and served in court. Also a conference with lectures in the Festsaal and subsequent food in the restaurant ran smoothly. All were very done. The service is impeccable, the food is excellent. I have never experienced the chief, who is often criticized here, unfriendly on the contrary. Also his employees are refreshingly sympathetic and very striving for the well-being of the guests. Next so!!!!

On the WE 25.08.12 we had a big festival in Diepeschrather Mühle in the evening, with 100 people. We were highly satisfied and had rented the gastronomy area and the magnificent outdoor area. With Hr. Blissenbach all agreements have worked well, the rich food found the guests sharp, especially the delicious fish pan! We were, of course, somewhat insecure by the various criticisms, which unfortunately were not so crude, but we wanted to celebrate in this magnificent atmosphere. So much easier we were about the fact that all this was unconfirmed at all: delicious food, wonderful location and carefree and friendly staff so!!

I have our 35 yesterday with my wife. Wedding day celebrated in the restaurant. I was actually skeptical about whether it is the right restaurant choice, as I had read some negative statements, especially regarding the service. But I must say the food was excellent, the portions sufficient and the service friendly, attentive and accommodating. The only small manoeuvre at the service was that you had to ask for the beverage and wine card. But as I said, we were very positively impressed and are guaranteed to go back to dinner. We can only recommend the Diepschrather Mill. Next, after a walk to the coffee drink, we will return.

After a bike tour through the forest, we wanted to leave it and well in the BIERGARTEN of the Diepeschrather mill. There was not much going on here on Pentecost. After studying the map, we knew why. Last year there were grilled sausages on which we had been happy (it was full of breaks). We had told extra friends about it, who made their way with us. No trace of BIERGARTEN-FEELING. On demand, we were told in a very arrogant way that one cannot turn off a (star?) cook. At the side table, salmon was ordered on rubbing cake. We stayed with a whole family on 03.10.11 at Diepeschrather Mill for lunch. Due to the previous reviews we were very excited about what would be expected. Our expectations were far exceeded! The service acted extremely carefree and friendly, the dishes were tastefully excellent and served in a reasonable time! Around us there was literally the hell going on, as the terrace and the restaurant were heavily frequented, the service staff was not to mention this in any way. It was always time for a nice word and attention for our children. We stayed even longer in the terrace area and were able to enjoy the homemade waffles. Today, like four, have eaten a whole goose. First there was a glass of Prosecco, from the good variety! As an appetizer there was a small salad (not so) that tasted wonderfully! Then the goose came. For the first time an eye-catcher! She was divided by the nice cook at the table and served on the prepared dishes. There were red cabbages and lumps, there was extra red cabbage, sauce and rose cabbage. The rest of the goose was warmed up in the kitchen and later handed down.
