"since 3 months or so, as I ve from my country, românia, returned, I try to plant some garlic seeds (romanic) in Swiss soil. my garlic simply refuses to grow. I don't know if it's because of the quality of the floor. here or because of temperature, or maybe I just wasn't born a gardener. sometimes, actually many times I miss to house, I miss the taste of Romanesque garlic, I miss mămăligă, I miss poale n brâu cake, I miss sarmale, I miss murături and I miss tocana de ciuperci. I can imagine that the same happened to other people from other countries, and I can imagine how it feels about the Italians. I am a stubborn man, I have never quit, so I will do my best to eat my Roman garlic in autumn! back to the restaurant, we were invited at a family lunch last week and I must say that this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I am honestly not a fan of Sion(nor the village, nor the football team), I was very sauvage, so I like more the mountain. I never thought I would go into the forest to look for the wild animals and feed them, I would never have thought that I would make care if I did not see Oscar(the corpses) a week, I never thought that the birds can replace alarm în on the morning, I never thought my cat, minusch will follow me în the mountains for meilen (while restaurant) we usually had fish dishes, I let my pictures tell you the story. eating was good, coffee and dessert also and service was perfect and professional, plus the terrace outside îs the best place to have lunch or enjoy the hot sun of wallis în in these hot days, but really I want more of italia here, and less of the Swiss when they understand what I mean. if they want authentic Italian pizza in sion, this is the place to go. not only was the crust perfect crispy and smokey, the cheese was delightful, and for what it is worth, the price was more than reasonable. from the local beer they sell.

Delicious pizza, thin and sumptuous dough, usually I always leave the crust on pizzas because it is too hard and uninteresting but here I returned the plate completely empty. Kind and pleasant waiter, nice terrace, in short... I fully recommend

Spectacular!!! The staff is professional and welcoming and the food is delicious! Excellent cooking technique even for gluten free products. Well-groomed service. I strongly recommend it, it is the first Italian restaurant found in Sion that respects Italian standards!!!

I stopped last night with 3 work colleagues to eat pizza, being from Ticino I often go to eat pizza in Italy too but I can guarantee that I have never eaten such a good pizza, so much so that I felt obliged to go to the pizza chef and compliments, service and location are also excellent. I will stay here every time I'm in Zion
