The croissants were all very greasy, I was unable to digest them, the welcome was distracted and superficial, limited to responding without a minimum of emphasis, staff who gave the impression of being bored and tired. The music was definitely too loud, we couldn't hear each other, even though we sat close together. Service only after 4pm, asked for hot cappuccinos they were barely lukewarm, considering the cold environment with sliding doors that opened continuously, we won't be back, there are better places in the area. Bad experience both for the completely absent service and for the cleanliness demonstrated with the tray where the dirty and wet food is placed, even worse if we want to enter the services with the floor completely wet from urine as well as the cup without talking about the amount of soaked toilet paper on the whole floor... you could blame the customers but I think a visit every now and then wouldn't hurt... perhaps the customers want to take revenge for the prices charged which are absolutely disproportionate for the environment. I often go to Dori, because the food is of good quality and the place is also nice. But on 12.02.24 I had a very bad experience with the service. Around 5.30 pm, an employee of the restaurant, a middle-aged blonde lady with long hair and a very loud tone of voice, treated customers really badly during service at the counter, with unpleasant answers to say the least. The people present were all decidedly calm, while the lady seemed agitated by any request. The place was full and the staff was few, I am aware of this but it is not an excuse, I too have to deal with a lot of people in my job and I certainly don't treat customers (the ones who ultimately pay your salary) as if they were pieces....
