"Arrived at EDs Diner within the allocated booking time of between 1800 and the cut off of 1815. As we started booking in we were told by the staff there would be a 30 minute waiting time. We advised the staff we had a table booked and that service was not what we requested as we had transport for 1930. we then left the restaurant and ate elsewhere."

IT WAS CLOSED! I wasted my money on transport just for it to be CLOSED! So disappointed! Never going! It was going to be my first time!

Very good food and great service from the manager, though we could have used more tap water top ups. Furniture is a bit natty, as others have mentioned, but we enjoyed nonetheless.

This is a perfect place to take kids and not worry about them annoying other customers. It’s just an overpriced version of McDonalds (but without the toy). As I don’t have kids I won’t be returning...

Absolutely ****. The place isn’t even open. I drove 1 hour with the whole family only to arrive at the door and it be closed... and I had a booking. Waste of petrol, waste of time, ended up with McDonald’s

Food is good but they are under staffed so attention to detail and customer service is lacking. The theme is nice but the furniture is worn. I come back because of the food choice, taste and value for money

The customer service was very good but the food was not very tasty. The fries were hard and tasteless, the salad was just a wet mush and the hot dog my son ordered was over done and not nice in a soggy bun.

I would recommend it based on food however the 2 staff members were definitely over stretched. We also asked for a take away bag so we could take some food away and the 2 members of staff were so busy that they were actually having a proper argument about who was going to help us. Very huffy and very vocal at their annoyance.
