"After waiting for 30 minutes sitting under the umbrellas, I went inside to order 2 lattes. The lady behind the counter asked me to go outside and the waiter would come out and take our order!I informed the lady that I had already waited 30 minutes.She then stated to inform the waiter that if I did not like the place, I could leave!This kind of reception is unheard of and it shocked me. I came ashore with 200 other people on a Viking Cruise. I will make sure I inform Viking Cruise Line of what happened and tell them to inform other passengers on how they treat their customers!I took a couple of pictures of the lady behind the counter for their owner to see as she represents her company as long as she stands behind the counter."

Wir sind dorthin auf 2 Eisschokoladen (je 4,20€) hingegangen um uns etwas auszuruhen. Das Eiscafe ist eine Zweigniederlassung (siehe Website). Auf Nachfrage wurde uns genannt, dass das Eis aus eigener Herstellung ist. Hier im Dez steht das Eiscafe in der Mitte von 2 Gängen. Es ist nicht ruhig um einen rum dadurch, aber zum Ausruhen doch gelegen. Kuchen und Torten werden auch angeboten, Tiramisu und natürlich Eisbecher. Wir waren schon öfters hier. Hat uns geschmeckt. Zu gewissen Zeiten ist es natürlich überall voll. Da muss man mit Warten rechnen. Hier im DEZ (Donau Einkaufs Zentrum) ist immer viel los. Ansonsten gern wieder. View menu
