Die Dame, die uns bedient hat ist sehr sehr unfreundlich. Eis sehr teuer und gar nichts besonders für dieses Geld.

Das Beste Eis in Rothenburg, die Bedienungen sind sehr nett und die Lage ist super. Der Toblerone Becher ist immer wieder der Hit!

We visited for ice cream and cappuccino, both where very bad. Stuff and service where rude. sincerely advice to skip this coffee shop.

Lots of drooling ice-cream menus you can choose, the ice cream is nice and not too expensive. We had hot chocolate (in a cold day) also which is so so. Nice service with warm welcoming from staff.

We heard about Eis Cafe D'Isep from Rick Steves, so we wanted to try their gelato. Eis Cafe D'Isep is a family run place and has been maing gelato since 1960, using family recipes for 4 generations. Flavors we tried were coffee, hazelnut, pistachio, lemon, rasberry, apricot, lime, green apple. They were all delicious!

Be honest,the ice cream with raspberry was good,the Italian dry red wine(sorry,not sure about the correct name- Bardelino,was just terrible and not 'drinkable',with a bad smell of keeping too long in the open bottle.I refused to drink it,but was charged.The service,in contrast to the one in this wonderful town,wasn't proper. To call things their names ,money is more important than reputation and good name of the cafe.(also my fault,don't order cheap wine-3 euros for a glass.)

We have had gelato all over Italy and Europe and this is some of the best, if not the best we have had! During our time in this region with our young family, we made a point to come here each of the two days we came to Rothenburg. You can tell that the gelato is made with all natural ingredients- no coloring or chemicals. The owner was clearly passionate about their product and gave us excellent recommendations both times we came. The peach tasted like it was just picked! And the combination of chocolate ginger, hazelnut, and pistachio was out of this world. Our girls loved picking out sundaes created just for kids. Stop here for a break during your time in Rothenburg!
